  • $189 per month for 12 months plus $110 per laser treatment (27% off of laser treatments and 25% off of Botox)

  • 8 units of Botox credit per month and 6 laser treatments

  • One time $99 initiation fee due at sign-up along with first month’s payment

  • Laser Memberships and the Combo Membership are 12 month contracts.  Penalties apply for premature cancellation.

  • The Botox and Xeomin Membership is a minimum 4 month commitment. Penalties apply for premature cancellation.

  • Start a new membership within 30 days of expiration and avoid paying the $99 initiation fee.

  • All membership sign ups must be done in person.
